This Dunkin Has to be one of the most unreliable in Jacksonville. After living near this location for over a year, They are consistently very slow. Staff does not acknowledge you until you speak up, Consistently have to wait 15 to 20 minutes plus even when there are no customers inside or the drive-through. When the owner is present, everything goes smooth and staff is very friendly, When the owner is not present is a completely different story. Order is incorrect more times than not.
Very disappointed, a customer had a cat in the store and few of the works touched the can but never washed there hands.
Love Dunkin Donuts at GateParkway. Great customer service!
