The service consist of entitled attitudes with plain as day prejudice. I wonder if this location is owned by the same family of Dunkin on NW Hwy. Come through plenty in the past and unfortunately, even after showing thanks and appreciation for doing their job, I get terrible attitude and the usual underhanded comments (same thing in drive-thru the previous day). Ice coffee tastes like it has cleaning chemicals in it.
Every SINGLE time I come to this Dunkin there’s some kind of issue. Long waits, missing items, double-charges. To avoid an issue today I came inside, and saw 1 person out of 7 people actually working. Took 10 minutes for my coffee and they didn’t seem to care that everyone in front of me had already left with their orders. Do yourself a favor, skip this Dunkin (and the forever wait time you’ll have), or go to Starbucks next door.
