Fui a comprar un Caffe medium hot decaf with four creams to sugar y medieron un caffe con pura leche y con agüa Blanco Blanco No le pusieron caffe.es muy mal servicio. Y no es la primera ves llame a pasado muchas mas cosas. Y tanbien en otra occasion compre un cono con nieve y el cono no servia estaba vien duro y tieso. que lo tire.y le dije a la muchacha y nada mas me cobro la nieve. The worst place to go to. the customer service is horrible. The manager barely understands your order.
I went inside to pick up my mobile order as there was a long line at drive thru. My order was ready but when I asked for a straw the guy just said "they're over there" and turned away from me. When I got to my car (had also ordered a bagel) I realized I wasnt even given napkins inside my bag either. Not to mention the bagel was just plain hard to bite, not toasted.
