Avoid at all costs, longest ive ever waited for fast food. This is absurd.
Why would they lock the doors by 2pm when they are clearly opened with two workers inside who did not want to open the door. How is this service going to work for anyone.
I’m not sure what happened since they renovated this location but I come here almost every day and it now takes 10+ minute to get one tea order. I placed an online order today thinking that would be faster. Order placed at 8:11, it’s 8:25 and I’m still standing here. The staff working here has no fire under their asses at all and some of us need to get to work. Please fix this. Bring back the dude who had all the energy ASAP because this is crazy.
