Frustrated with ordering ahead and not finding out that what I ordered was actually not available until I get to the window. On my son's birthday, I had to turn around because they forgot an item in my order. Also, today, could not use drive thru unless paying with cash because both of the card machines are down. Can't even scan your dunkin donuts app to pay that way. What's the benefit of ordering ahead and using the app if it's not the easiest, most accurate way to order?
The service was fast and the location was very clean and organized
If you are going to this Dunkin’ location today, plan for a 20 minute delay. I ordered a sausage & egg croissant, hash browns, and an orange juice. I should have suspected problems when I saw 2 cars ahead of me waiting in line. When I finally advanced to the window and paid, my wait began. After 10 minutes waiting at the window, with other cars stacking up behind me, the order taker finally asked me to pull forward so they could service other guests. No problem, I moved up. I came through the drive-through this morning. I ordered a medium iced coffee with almond milk and french vanilla. They must’ve gave me the wrong order or something because I got home and thought it tasted gritty. They put 3 sugar and I never order sugar! So gross I tossed it.
