Really disappointed with Dunkin today. my iced coffee came out with completely curdled creamer clumpy, gross, and undrinkable. They gave me expired creamer. I took a sip and realized it tasted funny and when I open the lid it looked like vomit. This is basic quality control, and it shouldn't be happening. I ended up throwing it away. I wasted $5.59.
Very pricey but always fresh friendly and nice. Im adhd and autism spectrum and they are patient with me and have to get my attention often but never yell and never say bad words or nothing all ways respectful and they remember my order usually.
Had a coffee spilt on me today as it was being handed out the window to me. All down my hand and arm and side of my car. Leaving with a burnt hand, tears in my eyes. And a 3 dollar refund. Shift lead didnt even apologize. Just asked if I still wanted a refund.
Terrible customer service! Actually no customer service. We just left there. No employee said a word to us while we stood at the counter waiting to order. One employee looked at us multiple times while saying nothing. We stood there for approximately 8 minutes patiently waiting while they filled drive thru orders. We left without ordering as it was clearly not the 3 employees we did see jobs to work the counter.
