Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employee was extremely rude and nasty when I calmly asked why the price of my drink had changed by almost a dollar from yesterday to today. There was no reason for the attitude. I also specifically asked her not to let her finger touch my cold foam, which should be a basic hygiene request, and that was handled dismissively as well. Donuts are good but there is some serious shrinkflation happening here. Never seen the donuts so small. The value is no longer here. With the price of the donuts and how small they have gotten I will be looking at local shops more
