I've become here for too many years too much of my money. This place should be closed down. New employees owner should be ashamed.
My compliments to the very nice young lady who graciously took the time to point me in the right direction to the Franklin Town Hall. Not often do I encounter those willing to extend a helping hand to others.
This is for sure a contender for worst dunkin in the country. We've lived here for 2 years and i think they've gotten our order correct once. There's either something missing, or something made incorrectly. There are 2 or 3 staff members that are personable. The test clearly don't want to be there of care about doing their job correctly.
