My compliments to the very nice young lady who graciously took the time to point me in the right direction to the Franklin Town Hall. Not often do I encounter those willing to extend a helping hand to others.
This is for sure a contender for worst dunkin in the country. We've lived here for 2 years and i think they've gotten our order correct once. There's either something missing, or something made incorrectly. There are 2 or 3 staff members that are personable. The test clearly don't want to be there of care about doing their job correctly. Food orders are sloppy or incorrect, customer service is generally mediocre, and this location will charge you over a dollar for a cup of ice water. Only good thing about this location is it’s generally quiet with no line….
