I was in town for a conference and ordered a few food items and an iced latte. When I received my mobile order I was missing one of the items. After the woman working handed me my bag & drink she walked away and started fiddling with one of the machines and she was on the floor…I had to wait another few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The food I ordered was okay. The mini bagel bites I got were overcooked and a bit hard. The iced latte I received tasted off, I didn’t even finish all of it.
Worst Americano I've ever had. Tasted like burnt suffering.
