They messed up my order and then when I called to have it replaced, they said they were writing down my name and that they would fix it The next time I came in….. Then, when I came in, they refused to fix it and refused to give me the correct drink. And then sat there and argued with me in front of other customers over a 6 dollar drink. Very slow drive thru. Never seems to move with any urgency like other locations.
Gets my coffee order wrong more often than not. Since today was the third time, I'm never going back.
The worst customer service. No one wants to speak to you at all. I just waited for 8 minutes at the drive through window to pick up my drink and no one came to the window to acknowledge me and let me know there was as a wait.
