We sat in line at this dunking for 10 minutes yesterday before they took the 2 cars in front of us order. After placing our order we sat another 25 minutes before getting our order according to the time on the ticket. We ordered 2 sweet teas and both teas were unsweetened. After letting them know they just tried to sweeten our tea. No apologies, After asking for a refund they said they was only 3 workers is why it took so long. I go to the Dunkin closest to my house and the employees there know me by my order and has it ready and if it isn't ready, they ensure me that it is on its way.
Hard to understand some of the drive-through staff and when you ask them to repeat, they get frustrated. Not my fault they don't enunciate.
