There was a new girl behind the counter and the staff were being rude to her. They were treating her terribly. It looked like they just hired her, but were getting mad if she asked questions on how to do things. The girl ended up crying from the stress and mistreatment. Do not support this Dunkin, go to another location.
It is very hard to relax when there is a poor employee being yelled at for crying. Instead of creating an environment where employees support one another, they scold them for their upset. Never going here again.
Delivery driver: Staff was straight to explain the restroom is out of order because of landlord decision and that's understandable (not good for business though).
