I paid $3.25 for a decaf coffee with milk and three 3/4 of it out. The coffee was stale not hot it was bitter tasting and not what I expected! What happened to this store? Unkempt, people hanging out at tables, restrooms unavailable, ice cream bins unappetizing!

Oversmart owner Designed pickup rack so disruptive that nobody can communicate with staff. Blocked the view resulting into longer wait even with the food ready sitting on the back. Backward
