Been going for years. Tried to call 3x after driving through. No one answers, so communicating via Google Reviews instead. Was going to let manager know that the staff is always friendly, but the last 3 consecutive drinks through the drive-thru, I’ve had to pour out due to them being improperly mixed. I’ll give them a month and update review.
If there was an option for zero stars, I would’ve chosen that. I waited almost 10 minutes along with two other customers in the store and neither person behind the counter even acknowledged us. They both walked out and I asked am I going to be able to get a cup of coffee Anytime soon and one of them said we are in the middle of a big rush please don’t do that.
