A mouse literally ran out of this store while we were there. When we brought it to the employee’s attention, he immediately denied that it came from the store and insisted it came from the other side. We told him that we had actually recorded it on video, and at that point he had nothing to say. I normally would not leave a negative review over one incident, but the way it was handled was really disappointing. Workers refuse to put seven drinks in a delivery bag for Uber Eats said it was too many I said it was too many to have in my car at one time they're at risk of spilling thank God the deliveries close I think you need to have a talk with your staff on customer service and how they treat delivery drivers we're the reason your business is growing

I mean it’s a dunkin, so I’m not expecting anything exceptional. The manager/managers who are occasionally there are pleasant, friendly, attentive, and do their job well. This is not the case for everyone there. Not in the spirit of calling anyone out, there are a few people there who act as though my presence is absolutely disdainful, fail to greet me, and continue to act like I ruined the day all the way to the end of the process.
