It was not so busy this time, and so smooth, everything.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’. The customer service was terrible. The employees were condescending, gave me nasty looks, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Instead of trying to help, they came across as rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, all of my rewards disappeared before I had the chance to redeem them. It could be a more clean location.
Wow! Just goes to show you how owners are everything! All the other drunken donuts have declined and this one is privately owned by a group from five towns and it is the best! Clean, welcoming, and fresh! Top notch environment. I stopped going to DD but will come to this location. Starbucks has gotten so bad.
Would give 0 stars if I could was completely ignored and placed an online order but the girl never made the order and just kept helping people coming in
