Long wait time at drive thru. Didn't have items I wanted so I just ordered something else.
Coffee was bitter and donut wasn’t fresh. I’m surprised considering how long the drive through lines typically are, but I went inside for my purchase.
I went to this dunkin 3 times at around 11-3am and there’s this hispanic or some lady that doesn’t know english properly or just in general rude. We went and ordered 1 custom drink and a regular drink and both were given really messed up, dirty, and the customer drink wasn’t even blended when we asked for it to be blended, and when we tried fixing it or telling her what to order she gave A LOT of attitude and just overall really mean. never said hi, thank u, or anything just gave us so many stares when we were really nice an... read more
Went in to get a refresher, which I normally get from the Dunkin in Freeport. The person who made the refresher (Mikaylalean), handed it to me without saying a word. As I sipped on it, I realized she hadn’t put enough concentrate, so I went back up to the counter and nicely asked her if she could add a little more.
