I walk in to the store later in the morning probably around 10: 15 or so the store was very busy, it doesn't help tho when what I'm assuming is the manager is yelling at all the employees while they are running around her to do what they are supposed to do. So kinda yelling for no reason. My food and drink was wrong they did fix it. It was just a very hostile environment kinda made me feel uncomfortable and sorry for the employees.......... Don't go here. Drive thru person was rude. And my drink was literally half stirred up foam. I paid full price for half a drink....and no I didn't drink any of it yet in the photo.
The lady was very rude very disrespectful. Very poor service.
Everytime I come to this Dunkin there is always an issue. The reason I even go to this dunkin is because it literally 5-6 minutes from my home, but today was my last time. A drink that I get everytime I come all of a sudden today they make the drink wrong and oh we can’t do it. They need better customer service and they need it bad…The older lady today wasnt the issue it’s always the younger girl. Mind u she made the drink last week and even said she wanted to try it.
The Food was delicious, so was the service and nice atmosphere Will go back for sure.
