If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my mini cream cheese bagels were served cold. Additionally, there is a tall Black female employee who always seems to be rushing through my order. Her customer service is consistently poor, and she does not greet customers or create a welcoming experience. I believe customer service and food quality should be a priority, and my experiences at this location have been disappointing.

Location has improved from years past; always quick and with 95% order accuracy. One of the employees even showed me a discount I had been overlooking..
