Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The employee taking our order at the drive-through had extremely poor customer service. He was dismissive, offered no guidance, and seemed unwilling to answer basic questions about the different coffee options or flavors. We specifically asked about flavors and how the drinks were made, yet we ended up receiving watered-down coffees with almost no flavor at all. Dunkin' is in a great location here at the Village next to the Legacy School, the donuts are really good, my favorites are the glazed and jelly donuts. My only complain is the coffee. I had the iced coffee from Dunkin', and while it was pretty decent, it tasted watered down, and not a very strong coffee taste, although I did get decaf so idk how much that affects the coffee taste. The service is very quick though, so it's awesome that they are quick about getting orders in, just need to get better coffee.

Went through drive through and spent about 20 minutes in line and then had to wait park my car and wait for my order to be taken. Waited an extra 6 minutes at the window for payment and another 5 for my food all to have missing food. And I’m pretty sure I want have that refunded or if corporate will even read this. Give this location more hours and extra hands. As I see it they need help!!!
