I usually go for my boss's coffee and some breakfast. But ever since the self service screens went up, the service is the worst. It's hard to even get someone to acknowledge you, I prefer to pay cash so I end up waiting 5-10+ minutes to even put an order in. The wait for the food is usually just as long or longer. They always make the drinks first too, so they end up being watered down by the time you're actually out of there.
Better than expected
People are nice . BUT they are ALWAYS understaffed. Takes too long to get served. To come in and out for donuts is 15 -20 minutes.
