Went thru the drive thru. The hashbrowns are not burnt they are dark and greasy because they were fried in old grease. The avocado toast was okay but it was only $5 so you cant expect it to be great.
Where do I even start… We pulled up to the drive-through and got the usual automatic greeting — then the employee said, “Give me a minute.” So we waited… 4 minutes. Not a big deal, we stayed patient. We started placing our order: an iced Dunkin’ latte with oat milk, chocolate Munchkins, and a strawberry lemonade refresher. Ordered frozen coffee with the whipped cream and clearly instructed the order taker just like the one on the picture with the whipped cream, my receipt reflected so but when I got it no whipped cream. I should have got her name but I asked the young Hispanic lady with curly hair why it didn’t have the cream and she immediately had an attitude and was so hostile and said you have to ask for it, I told her I instructed just like the picture and she proceeded to say I don’t know what you’re talking about with an attitude.
