I ordered on the mobile app at 6pm for some food and drink, and was told by the two store workers saying that they couldn’t fulfill the order because they need to close at 7pm, which is still one full hour away. They said they have to clean up and close the store, but they were just chatting at the front kiosk. They told me they cannot refund my order either and changed the status to my mobile order as filled, so I couldn’t get my money back from the app either. I don't really need to say much about Dunkin. I love it there. The coffee coolattas are unmatched. That's pretty much the only thing I get. Their donuts are pretty good too. And the staff are always so friendly and super helpful
The Dunkin Donuts at the Amtrak station on Rte 128 to Bostong was typical in price, decor and donuts. But the clerk who took my order and DID NOT DEFER ME TO THE KIOSK, was fabulous.
They close early when they feel like it
I want to preface this with an acknowledgment of the fact that small convenient locations, especially in transportation settings, aren’t always operating at the same level as their stand alone peers. However at this particular location, on this particular day, I was astounded at the apathy shown to both me and the workplace.
