My wife and I lived on the West Coast for the last eight years. We were excited to once again visit a Dunkin' location when we moved. Alas, things aren't what they used to be. This location frequently forgets things... full orders if more than one submitted and small things like cream cheese when ordering a bagel. Hey, nothing like a dry bagel and coffee! We may try other Dunkin' shops in the Burlington area, but chances are we're done with the brand all together. Consider the bubble burst.
I love my Dunkin in West Brookfield. The management is wonderful, Megan is the best!!! Katie is great, as are all the other the employees, especially working the morning shift. They are so accommodating every day I walk in and they have my coffee ready for me. Love them all!!
I have been going to this Dunkin location since they opened up. I am not a local, so going to this specific location is out of the way for me but I would not go anywhere else with my time or my money. I have watched the ebb and flow of the staff through out this time and I was not once met with rudeness or coldness from any of them at any time. It was actually very opposite for me. I wanna think Dunkin’ Donuts, even though they were closed at the time being a motorcyclist got stuck in the monsoon, parked in front of their doors to get out of the rain. A staff member came named Jessica. She was concerned for my well-being and asked if I was OK Even brought me paper towels to dry off. I ordered two midnight coffees tonight as I did the same two weeks ago the Dunkin’ Donuts I normally go to was out of midnight . Prevent they made the midnight new for me, but over top of the old pot of coffee because I drink this every night and every morning I know when it’s Older or Bernt But the man who waited on me told me I didn’t know what midnight coffee tasted like and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Stopped there today July 2 . Got a peanut donut last one and a chocolate milk . The chocolate milk is past date June 30 and was spoiled ! Won’t be back thanks but no thanks. Had to dump it 😡

Zoey is a horrible manager. She l ft her intercom on and was talking about new employees. Me and my family was sitting in the drive through my husband said absolutely not we will not support a company like this. Do better Dunkin’ In cambridge. I am a mother and if them employees go home and cry to their moms because of her shame on you for allowing her to work for the you.
