The workers are in desperate need of some customer service classes.
I ordered donuts through the drive thru and they gave them to me looking like they were squished. I’ve tried reaching out several times to their customer service to voice my displeasure and they have yet to respond. The service has gone downhill here along with the quality.
Workers felt lost and didn't know what our order was. Workers also were handling our food while sweeping and even dropped our bag and didn't give us new donuts
Every time I come here, they’re out of eggs at 7:30am which is nuts. This time, we walked up to the door and it was locked, employees giving the evil eye through the window right next to the door. We just got in the truck and left. How is this continuing after reading 6+ month old reviews of similar situations? Someone needs to hold people accountable and make some changes. You’re running a business. If you don’t like working with people, find a WFH job.
