They close when they want and don’t stay open till 9pm
THE absolute worse Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The manager there sucked his teeth when I asked him to add alittle more of something to my coffee to make it taste better. He always has an attitude when you ask to fix the terrible coffee they serve! I only stop there because it’s close to the parkway. Customer Serive and Satisfaction is most Definitely NOT a PRIORITY at Roosevelt Dunkin Donuts!
I went there an hour ago and tried to buy some donuts or bagels and they told me on my face that they didn't have no more so i just got some drinks then another customer came in and asked for donuts and the girl took the order in front of me i felt so bad and angry the two ladies were lazy this is the worst customer service please check this location too many complaints. Please hire people with better skills and willing to serve! this is dissapointing!

This location serves the freshest coffee of any Dunkin that I have ever been to. From top to bottom, the staff and management are exceptional.
