While three other staff walked around, only one person at the register taking and filling walk in orders and not very friendly at that...will definitely not be returning at this location.
The food here is good i cant lie but the customer service is actually horrible, i work in customer service and so i know how things are sometimes but why am i waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for two small things..? And the girl there just said “give me a second because something happened” like what? re train your employees (at least the afternoon ones because the morning ones are okay)
Terrible customer service all the employees need to re-trained in greeting customers and customer service.
Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts if you want them to change your order because it’s not how you normally receive ordering the same coffee for 3 years now. I only went because my location that I have been going to for 17 years is closed. But they are quick to jump on an attitude when you ask them to fix the coffee that you request the same way and to top it off they don’t recognize there customers and accuse you of being someone else who apparently does it often.
