Just made a $50+ order in the drive thru - we were through the line (that wrapped around the building) in less than 5 minutes, and most of our order was hot food. This location makes THE BEST frozen caramel chillers out of everywhere I’ve been. Very kind employees and great service.
Food is good but you don’t get what you ordered, wrong item or missing items.
When ordering, the employee acted like it was an inconvenience for him to do his job and take our order. I guess he was doing us a favor. We ordered 3 iced teas with light ice. He filled each cup to the top with ice. We mentioned that we asked for light ice. Without saying a word back, he turned and literally removed 2 ice cubes from one of the 3 iced teas. The tables and floors looked dirty.
Got my order completely wrong, made me repeat myself multiple times just to not give me the correct thing. very disappointed 0/10 experience
