For 2 weeks of me and my family's holiday we had been going to this Dunkin for majority of our breakfast here. A particular person showed what Dunkin' was all about Ryan greeted us every morning with a good morning welcome to Dunkin with a smile on his face. Most of the time he'd make our mornings better he was a great professional and made sure your order was correct. Ryan is a true professional and some staff members at Dunkin could learn from him.
While staying in the area for a few weeks, we’ve come to use this Dunkin Donuts a few times. We wanted to say that Ryan is an asset to the team and goes above and beyond to accommodate all guests. It’s a shame to see other younger staff members having a more rude approach to him. He is a credit to the company and was a highlight of the trip. Keep it up Ryan!
We visited this location frequently while on vacation from the UK. We wanted to give a big shout out to Ryan whose friendly “welcome in” made our day. The customer service was excellent but some (younger staff members) could do with speaking to each other more kindly. Apple n spice doughnuts will be missed.
Unfriendly morning staff! Long wait
They charged me twice, and when I went back to speak with them, they told me to call my bank.
