I went through the drive-thru, and the employee mumbled something through the speaker that I couldn't understand, so I kindly asked them to repeat their self... they huffed, as if they were annoyed that I asked, before repeating what was said. I ordered 2 different coffees. Both drinks had no flavoring or sweetness. Waste of $12.
I’m very worried for the worker’s safety. They seemed very stressed and upset and apparently the AC is broken…it was so hot in there I wanted to just walk out. It’s gotta be hazardous working conditions. They need to do better.
