Stopped by about two caramel macchiatos for $12 gave them a $50 bill and they told us they can't give us change. Either you're in business or you're not. What type of company cannot give change for a $50 bill on a $12 purchase.

I ordered ahead a latte and a couple breakfast items. Usually, every time I go and order ahead, its okay. The food is fine, but the latte wasn't. I ordered a medium latte. When I got there, it was a large latte and didn't have cold foam like I ordered. This is the second time this has happened to me. I told the staff to just dump it to a medium cup and add cold foam. The WORST donuts I've ever had honestly we had arrived and had only few options and the ones we got had no frosting on them at all.... then we ordered the pistachio coffee and it had no flavor of pistachio and just was not the best
