That place is awful , the service is so bad. The persons who are attending there is no understand you they start yelling at you.
I asked for mocha and specifically asked for coffee and chocolate and I got very bitter bad tasting coffee.
First and foremost this DD IS TWO DOORS DOWN FROM ME, the know my order it’s always the same ! My kids have told me how rude and nasty they are when you go in ! This morning I had not choice but to go in as I only had cash, we are told by 3 separate employees someone will be with me ! I’m left waiting while there all talking coming towards cashier draw looking directly at me then walking away. Food and coffee are always solid — no complaints there. But every time I come in, the vibe from the staff feels... heavy. No greeting, no eye contact, just a hand-off and silence. I still gave 5 stars because I know people go through things, but I really hope management uplifts the team. A smile or a simple 'good morning' would go a long way. Dunkin’s supposed to be the spark to start your day — I want that for them too.
Got the wake up wrap with sausage egg and cheese. It was mushy...made me sick. I dont know if it was old or not heated up enough. Staff was not friendly...so rude.
