They really think they're clever by putting mocha back in a drink that doesn't even get mocha. We ordered a frozen hot chocolate. We've been getting it there for years but apparently they don't know how to make it. Do not order it from them. I'm highly disappointed I will not be coming back. I hope that's $7 was worth it to you
I sat at the order menu for 5 minutes with no cars in front of me trying to place an order. After no response i drove to the window, a kid with butterfly tattoos and a shower cap on opens the window and says what did you order with an attitude!I said I’ve been sitting at the order menu with zero response, then I said cold brew with cold foam and he just kinda stared at me like I was inconveniencing him. Since kendra was hired our experience at this Dunkin has been immensely altered for the better I bring my son here 5 days a week for breakfast and prior to meeting Kendra i always had a normal transactional feeling and now I am happy to be there she’s so happy welcoming polite sweet and helpful I genuinely hope your company will do everything to keep her and thank you Kendra for being you
Great service and staff. Can't beat the 6 dollar meal deals.
