It was thee best hot cocoa and plain doughnut was quite a delight. I truly treat myself once in awhile and I enjoyed the staff as well.
The manager is rude as hell. Refuses to let customers use the bathroom at all times.
Rude staffs! I'm not the reason you decide to work at dunkin, or any food service establishments. I'm not a regular dunkin customer, heck I forgot the last time I went to a dunkin! So of course I'm going to ask questions. Your 7 PM staff members cannot talk to customers in the manner I was just treated! Its disrespectful! Train your staff to interact with customer in a respectable manner. We're bringing business to this establishment.
