Ordered ahead on the app 20 minutes before and had to wait another 15 min to get my food, happens to consistently for it to be a mistake.
Too constantly often is it likely that you are going to be waiting upwards of 10, 15, or even 20 minutes waiting for the simplest order. Cavalier employees ignore piling up order tickets and in store orders presumably because an incompetent management staff have instructed them only to prioritize the drive thru line. I wanted a coffee before my meeting, but I had to walk out empty handed and almost late because the people working the line had 0 interest in handling even a single person who had been waiting in line.
