You know it's bad when the regular employees look like they're being forced to work in a Dunkin-branded katorga and the manager is rude and ranting like an insane person at customers about how hard her job/life are and telling them it's their fault if Dunkin messed up 2 of the 3 items in the order. Legitimately unstable, rude to everyone in there, no customer service, and I will never subject anyone I'm with to this kind of treatment again. The store got my order wrong for the 2nd time so j will not be ordering from this location again. When you call the store they can't help you fix the issue and blame it on being really busy. What a cop out.
Didn't go into the store. Staff was very nice. Bagel was stale/hard. Coffee was good.
