Worst Dunkin I have been at. The wait is always 25 mins long or longer and the employee’s are incredibly rude.
Drive thru is always 15 min slower than any other drive thru experience. You will wait and wait and wait; when you pull up to the microphone - instead of being greeted…you will wait in silence. Questioning whether it’s broken. Or if anyone is inside. the operation of this place is fundamentally the worst drive thru experience of any franchise, anywhere. Dunkin should revoke their licenses. And someone should open up Aroma Joe’s next-door, they would crush it.
They clearly have a help problem. I go for the gas only.
80 percent of the donuts you ask for, they won't have. Multiple times this has been the case. Just call it 'dunkin' donuts sometimes'
