Waited 10 mins in drive thru. Line didn't move. Parked and went inside. The employees didn't even acknowledge the line inside the store. Left after waiting 10 mins again inside.
Closes way to early not open till time there surpose to be
Ordered two iced coffee’s, one had no flavoring at all when it was supposed to be caramel. They other had no cream and a whole centimeter of sugar in the bottom, rather than simple syrup to sweeten it, and also no cream. Only thing right in our order was the black coffee & an order of munchkins, which is pretty hard to mess up🤷♀️ Very disappointing.
Ummm. Went in there to get a coffee and the guy working (had a man bun) didn’t even say hi back… he then was so angry, kicking the fridge and slamming stuff in the back. Totally scary and uncomfortable situation. I feel bad for the women working with him
Meh....went thru the drive thru, and person working was not very friendly at all. We had a mobile order and put it in 15-20 minutes prior to getting there and still had to wait several minutes in the drive thru.
