I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times but Jesus. The one on Clark is 10x better. The customer service is a joke. And it was such an awkward encounter. It was absolute torture sitting in the drive thru. Finally get to the window and the guy with long hair no hat doesnt say a word. It seemed like he was training for how he was moving. I literally would rather be lit on fire than return to this location.

Long wait in drive-thru. Order a midnight coffee with cream. No cream added. It's really not that difficult.

If you look through my reviews I have hardly any 1 stars, I'm not nitpicky but bad service and an off-putting smell/taste to my coffee and I'm telling the world. 3 workers at least, I'm the only one in the store & 1 car in drive thru & I waited for service, patiently. Workers were busy complaining I get it, we all complain at work but keep it down. So I order my coffee & 2 donuts. Get the coffee, I'm standing there waiting, waiting.
