very nice young lady helped me at the front and was great, but it was horribly hot in the store! in the middle of florida in a heat advisory, not to mention! i thought if i was hot, i couldnt imagine the workers! i felt so bad for them. i asked someone about it and they said it was over 80 degrees in the kitchen and weren’t sure why it wasn’t getting fixed. shameful! these employees deserve fair work conditions. not to mention the customers sweating inside too!
I ordered a black coffee and when I got it my coffee was almost white and tasted like dirty dish water with cream. I asked nicely for them to re make it and they refused.
Most dunkin's aren't too bad. This one was bad. Rude staff and the order tasted bad.
