First I wait for 30 mins to get no egg on my sandwich and my cold foam completely melted. Now you give me a medium coffee thats not even filled, there’s literally a whole inch to the rim because y’all are too lazy to refill the decaf. Ew.

Did a mobile order before I left the house and stopped at a store before I even walked into the Dunkin. Walked in to the drinks being completed but still waiting on the food which was 4 sandwiches and a muffin. I processed to wait 45 minutes and that was after I had to actually ask staff what was going on, and after all that they still forgot my muffin. Staff is a joke with no kind of real care. Management wanted to give my money back for the long wait but I literally could not be in that building for another minute.

Please talk to your staff about personal hygiene, it is absolutely horrendous. I don’t think I’ll ever return after my visit inside today.

I could fly to Columbia, harvest coffee beans, bring them back to the United States, open a coffee shop, brew the coffee…faster than ordering one single basic iced coffee at this Dunkin. And the coffee would be average.
