This is probably one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to when it comes to customer service. You literally order something and they kind of give you what your order but I think they just take what you say and just give you some variation of what you want. Like I just ordered the $6 breakfast sandwich coffee and hash browns. And instead of giving me that they charged me $11 and thought it was a $6 meal deal and they said oh I asked for a caramel iced coffee. Extremely slow.
I bought an matcha latte, and literally, it was just ice in the cup not to mention the employees had a horrible attitude.
