Food and drink made to order exactly as we wanted. Decided to get my Son a treat after school. Fast and friendly service.
Just bad customer service.
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ on the area. I’ve come to this dunkin multiple times, since it is the one closest to my home, and it never fails to disappoint. My mobile orders take forever and always have an issue. One time I ordered a coffee hash browns and 1/2 dozen donuts and when I came for my order they insisted I never ordered it even though I had the receipt. They finally gave me my box of donuts but when I got home they were not the type of donuts I ordered and my coffee had no flavor or sugar like I ordered.
