Had cold brews. Mocha, cream, sugar and a lot of coconut.
Whoever the dark headed skinny boy employee with gauges in his ears are. Needs an attitude adjustment. Spent over 5 minutes in the speaker. So we pulled up to the window, since no one responded. We had a mobile order. He proceeds to tell us we need to pull back around bc he did respond to us..... in fact he didnt. He was so high strung and pissy with my husband for absolutely NO REASON.
Went to get a coffee this morning. The car line was backed up because no one was taking orders through the drive-through. Upon going inside, the cashier was actively making fun of customers ahead of me. When it came for me to check out, it seemed as they were on a substance and not entirely there. When I got my drink, it was made completely wrong but with the correct label. It was nearly half milk with no syrups or sugar.
