I went to the dunkin' Donuts as I was outside trying to get my app to come up I had employees approach me over and over harassing me there was no customers in the parking lot nor in the store I stopped my car before going up to the drive-thru not blocking the walkway not blocking the doors and there's no sign saying that you cannot stop here I didn't want to go up to the drive-thru until I got my app up I wasn't sitting there but just a couple of minutes when I was approached by a gentleman and I told him what I was doing an... read more

I stopped at this location after I went to a different one where no one wanted to help in store customers. I decided to use the drive through this time because the other location seemed so focused on the 2 cars they had in the drive through. I was the only one in line. After the wonderful, super customer service welcome another voice come on the speaker and said something I could not understand. As if those systems sound great anywhere.
