Everyday is something different either the food is burnt, the food is hard and feels old or today the egg and cheese wraps were still cold not even cooked. It’s in town and convenient but I drive to the Hillsborough one every chance I get.
Great staff and environment
Here to say they officially stopped caring about customer satisfaction and hire people who are unable to do their jobs right, they can't even get a simple coffee order right, they should look into the people they hire because I'm never coming here due to the terrible service.
Disappointed I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Dunkin’ was frustrating enough to warrant one. I visited in the morning hoping for a quick coffee and breakfast, but ended up with cold food, watered-down coffee, and incredibly slow service. Despite only a few customers ahead of me, it took nearly 15 minutes to get my order, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong.
