Rude employee from they get-go upon ordering food. Ordered 2 $6 meal deals, she said “ok lets get the food out of the way”. When it was just 2 meals. Didn’t even have a good attitude when I pulled up to the speaker. If working fast food you can at least act happy. Don’t bring your personal life and feelings into work.
This dunkin' donuts sucks. You asked them for something simple, like a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese, and the hand you a burnt brick that is dry. You try to call them because you can't go back right away and it goes straight to "we're sorry, your call did not go thru....". Check your food before you leave or find a better spot to go to.
I come here almost every day and the service is terrible every time. Drinks are almost never made correctly and handed with an attitude. I don’t know her name but she is pregnant and her attitude is the absolute worse. I am nice every time and get a simple order and it’s never right. Something needs to change around that place because Dunkin’ coffee is my favorite and it would be a shame to stop going.
