Depending on who is working sometimes they don't put the cream cheese on your bagel. They just give you a little cream cheese packet with a knife.
I don't buy food at Dunkin. I do buy decaf coffee there every morning. The coffee is great. I also use the drive thru. Can't rate inside but it always looks very clean.
Once again, no munchkins. Getting to where I'm just not going to even try stopping by.
Horrible service. Went there yesterday, there were 2 employees and neither acknowledged that I was there for five minutes then I said something to the female employee. Both continued what they were doing for a few more minutes continuing to ignore me, after almost ten minutes I left
Since when does this location hire staff that are disgustingly disrespectful towards customers and tell them if they want faster service they have to come inside when there was no one else in the drive-thru. While holding the cash register money out the window I am beyond disturbed how this is acceptable by any management to hire such disrespectful staff
