I just saw the most amazing thing! A crew member put a cup under a cold brew tap and pulled down the handle. Cold brew coffee began pouring into the cup. Then she walked away to do something else. Another crew member finished handing an order out the window, turned around, and walked right up to the cold brew bar. The cup was about 80% full.
