Respectful service quiet clean establishment
Horrible customer service from the part time workers , the regular people are great and friendly I will add but whenever they are not there it's been a headache experience
Some of the workers are on point and I have no complaints when they are on shift , but the majority of the workers here 3/5 times can't make a regular hot coffee without somehow messing it up whether it's giving me a small cup and charging me a large or medium or adding extra cream when I never asked for anything but regular, not sure if it's personal or carelessness but besides the location which is on a convenient area this might be the worst dunkin in the Greater Lowell area and that's probably the nicest way I can put it... read more
