Went in the morning, there was only about 3-4 other customers. I ordered a drink two wake up wraps and hashbrowns. I presented my voice more clear and loud just to make sure she can hear my order in the environment. They got the drink wrong, got it fixed but they got the wake up wraps wrong too. The lady out in the wrong order not once but 3 times. Keep messing things up, worse way to start my day.
Girl worker gave me a burnt bacon egg and cheese on an crossiant and egg was cold. Must’ve been a newbie at food cuz as a dunks workers, it’s an easy step process.
I’m sad I spent 6$ on this coconut limeade and it’s so unsweet and taste like water
I cannot drive and therefore I order my coffee through Uber Eats on the weekends. I order the same coffee. A medium iced macchiato with three espresso shots on the side. The baristas at this location must have a fundamental misunderstanding of the order tickets. My iced macchiato is supposed to have extra mocha and two extra espresso shots. The triple espresso shots I want hot. There are no notes in the order indicating to make the beverages any other way but instead this is what I receive.
