It took me a while to write my complaints about this because, as a parent of 2 teenagers myself, I really wanted to extend grace to these young workers at this particular establishment; however, I've had it with them. Every time I go there to order my coffee and sandwich, the customer experience is always the same: EXTREMELY POOR to say the very least.
