Horrible service. Yesterday I went here and both my drinks were made wrong and I forgot my Sandwich when I came back to get a refund The manager was not there so they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back in an hour they tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund that they would remake my stuff. I did not want my stuff remade. Then the employee who made the food tried to tell me that I took the sandwich twice. So they were accusing me of stealing food that I purchased and never received. Ordered an iced macchiato with extra espresso, an egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, and a double chocolate donut. What I received was iced milk with one espresso shot, an egg and cheese on a plain bagel with burnt cheese, and a donut variety I’m unfamiliar with. I didn’t place a very complex order.

i recently moved up the street and just want to say, the team here is very kind and patient even when they’re clearly overwhelmed w orders, and i wanted to specifically shout out Victor who usually works the food- he’s always in a good mood and tries to make customers feel the same.
