A girl was yelling the whole time and they did not tell us that things were discontinued after they made something different for us. And once we asked politely they yelled at us. Very disrespectful.
I'm sure the people working here are doing their best, it's a very busy location. That being said I stopped coming to this location because I was almost never happen with the drinks I was getting here and I was made to wait in the drive thru pretty much every time I pull up to the speaker even when no one is in line. And I work on the same road, most of my coworkers say they also won't go to this location.
Staff is just beyond rude. Sound so annoyed to take your order, annoyed at the window. Pissy when having to interact with people. I cried driving away from this Dunkin’s this morning due to the current staff. Unbelievably rude to be annoyed that someone is trying confirm their order when it almost always comes out wrong. Asking for light ice on drinks and due to their rudeness of course we get EXTRA ice. Spending hard earned money gets you nowhere here. Go elsewhere. BEYOND RUDE STAFF no matter when I go.

Slow service. Ordered a Boston cream donut that came without the filling. I assume they forgot? Awesome!!
