Hands down the WORST Dunkin in NH. Always rude and today I spent 23 minutes in line for a mobile pick up. Finally went inside and there’s 1 person making a drink as slowly as humanly possible, another one watching her and talking shit that someone pulled out of the drive thru line (ME), and nobody greeting customers at the counter. My order was wrong and my coffee tasted like plastic. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to file a complaint with Dunkin for a refund before deciding to press 1 to receive a call back. This place takes a very long time in the Drive-Thru every time I come through, and I come through every time I forget how long it takes.
Only car at the drive thru, waited 11 mins to have my order taken, nobody in front of me either.
Workers were extremely rude
