Staff is very unprofessional. They don't speak and the wait is crazy. It took 8 minutes for them to tell me that a drink wasn't available while the employee bagged up a customers order that wasn't even waiting. I waited 25 minutes on this one order. Very unprofessional setting
Dry bad service . I am standing in the shop and writing this review . There were 6 people and took 20 minutes to give me my drink . Ice pumpkin spice latte . I am not coming back here on may and Britton . The one on 23rd st are THE BEST !
