I grew up in NYC and this is the one and only, cleanest and nicest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Everyone showed excellent customer service and they worked as a team.
I have been to this Dunkin a handful of times. 2 out of the handful I have ordered food and it’s been cold or still frozen. Disappointing. I worked at Dunkin a very long time ago as a teen and never in my life did I hand out cold or frozen food. Let the food cook for the amount of time it needs to before handing it out to your customers. I know the food is frozen and it’s not hard to cook..the machines do that for you at a simple press of a button. Took me 42 minutes to get an iced coffee at which point there was no ice and was room temperature. I waited inside the Dunkin for 42 minutes while I watched customer after customer come in, order, get food and drinks, sit down, eat, and leave, and I still had yet to get my 1 iced coffee. I love Dunkin no matter what but this Dunkin needs to close. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN EVER! You literally, and I’m not exaggerating in the slightest here have a 90 percent chance for your coffee to be messed up and only a 10 percent chance it’s right it’s so sad like I could go in there and make it better smh. I try to avoid this Dunkin when at all possible but unfortunately it’s the closest one to me.
