Disappointed, place has gone down. With other locals I've spoke with the feeling is mutual. They prefer other shops too! *Drink preparations fluctuate, I had to throw my drink away. Cold brew is in my fridge, it's not what I ordered or very low on milk. Tipping is pointless when complacency is their new standard. Brief time I'd frequent but complacency & nonchalant service prevails
Messed up my nondairy order by putting dairy in it and on top of that it was 95% milk.
Rude people ! And on top of that no donuts !!!
Horrible, pides algo y te lo dan de mal modo más aparte que nunca te dan la orden correcta. Pésimo servicio
I hate this location , the manager gave me an attitude because I wanted to substitute the milk for half n half, he’s miserable just like the rest of the crew here. So to all the employees who work here , you don’t have to.. no one wants attitude first thing in the morning from a Dunkin’ Donuts workerJust go to shipleys down the street.
