Ordered breakfast here and THEY LITERALLY SERVED ME A BAGEL WITH A HUGE PIECE OF PLASTIC HANGING OUT THE SIDE like they dropped it on the floor and decided to pack it anyway. Hash browns were burnt, dry, crusty, and stale. Donut holes were old stale trash as well. The drive through employee was rude when I told her I ordered from the app. Just an awful experience.
Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. This location has twice substituted regular milk for oatmilk without informing me—despite my dairy allergy. Both times, they admitted after the fact that they were out of oatmilk. That’s not just careless, it’s dangerous. They’re also consistently out of flavors. I won’t be returning.
