Customer service is awful and they never have anything that is on their menu. This location needs to close if they aren’t even offering items that are on their menu. It’s a depressing looking store. Very disappointing for a “Dunkin donuts”.
I love this location and the people that work here. They know my car when I pull up and always have my favorite drink waiting for pick up!
I went in the store to order a sesame bagel with cream cheese and specifically told them that the last time it didn't have cream cheese covering the bagel. I asked them to ensure that it had cream cheese on it covered appropriately. When I got home, my wife opened it and the cream cheese was only on one side, half slapped on it. The service is atrocious at this location. Drive to Barker Cypress and get your BF coffee and sandwiches. Trust me, it's worth going somewhere else. Come all the time asked for an Iced caramel macchiato and I was charged for one and received this. This is definitely not a macchiato I was upset about it but I didn’t asked to change it cause I was in a rush for work. I usually always get good service here but as of lately it hasn’t been the best.
