Cups sat on counter for over 15 minutes not good service speed. Also been here several times where employees would ignore me standing at kiosk. I'm adding to this review because it was the most unclean and unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. Highly don't recommend

I always get my coffee mocha mint when it's in season and I love it 😀
More than once I've walked up to the counter here & watched employees walking around ignoring me. Today it was more than 5 mins. I know dunkin doesn't want you to walk in anymore. But come on now... lock the door if you want everyone to use the drive thru! I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I'm not a barista but I didn't think it took more than 4 people to pour a cup of coffee... yes I walked out & bought a coffee at another shop. Not Dunkin
My black cold brew should not be the color of an iced tea. Is this an issue of not knowing how to make black coffee or is this an issue of the business making more money and short changing the Customer by giving us a water down coffee? It’s a black coffee my cup should be the color black
