The employees there have ZERO customer service skills. If you don’t want to work at a Dunkin move on to something you enjoy. If I was the owner of this location I would re-evaluate who I had working there. Didn’t even order because of how rude they were
This Dunkin is terrible. The employees here are rude and don’t have any personality. They are on the phones texting all the time and don’t even greet you. Also, the wake up wrap with bacon wasn’t cooked fully so couldn’t even eat it. Today was the second time coming and wanted to give this Dunkin another chance, I was highly disappointed again and won’t be returning.
Visiting from New York it was a terrible experience the managers are very bad the employees gossip ignoring customers orders
