Kind of stingy to not fill up an $8 drink because the customer prefers no ice.. was a daily customer but stopped coming because of this.
I just want to say Jocelyn always has a smile on her face every morning when I see her. I am always greeted with a good morning Amy and a have a good day.
Absolutely love DD!! The owners are always there and they strive to make everything order perfect. They even make sure to speak to everyone, not just their regulars. Still the same review this time.
The 5 stars is solely based on my experience with Nick & Becca today: I have been coming to this Dunkin since it opened, sometimes every morning, for weeks at a time. That gives a person enough time to meet a lot of the staff. I’ve never left a review for this location before, but today NICK (he should be head of customer service training for all your employees, including ones who’ve been there for awhile) & BECCA (she needs to train your employees on how to excite customers on new product launches by sharing her excitement.... read more
