Oh my god. Where do I begin. I just wanted a bagel. My mother and I went to this disgraceful establishment. The first thing that happens when we go in there is the staff is having the loudest, most rowdy conversation EVER, and didn't stop it upon our arrival. There is a wonderful lady at this particular location that is AMAZING!! Her name is Bree/Bri (I am not certain on the spelling) I believe she is a supervisor and she is genuinely, incredible! She has always gone out of her way to be so kind, and above and beyond. She sees me semi regularly and she makes a point to be extra kind to my dogs and remember who we are. So, apparently when you go to this particular dunkin donuts, they will tell you that they are not "allowed" to make any thing frozen after 745, because they close at 8. So, ummmmm why would it even be offered if someone is not allowed to buy it? So even after speaking to the district Mgr I still never got a call back so im now going to start posting TikTok videos of my interactions that are subpar at the oleander location
I'm appalled I waited in line 5 extra mins after lady had received order so she and the cashier at the window could have a personal conversation. 5/4 1:10pm
