You guys are out of frozen coffee just about every week. How in the world is that plausible and it’s a coffee shop? Please do better. Make your orders bigger so that you keep enough supply. I go to this location because it’s conveniently right up the street from my home, but I guess I’ll have to try a different location from now on.
0/10 - previously I found plastic in my drink and I did not go back. The only thing that was offered was replacing my meal… a foreign object and the only thing that was given was a meal replacement, in which I did NOT go back for. Well, I went to this Dunkin yesterday, typically I go to Busch because it’s much cleaner and the people are more friendly, well I was in a rush and had no time to cook.
