Good luck picking up your online order. Very poorly staffed and managed. Ordered several times 20+ mins before arriving and gave up picking it up. I will no longer buy anything from here.
There is definitely room for improvement here. Waiting time on a weekday in the morning is too much. Unfortunately, I will have to look for other options as I cannot wait for more than 20 minutes for my order to be processed. When other Dunkin’ Donuts take five.
