They do not know the difference between white cheddar and American. They consistently mess up every order. I wish some competition would come to this town. Dunkin would most likely close down if there was any other comparable place near GL.
Dunkin food is always a treat for my family. I ordered a Cocoa Cloud Latte. I got my drink and food, got in the car to head out. I took a sip and it definitely is not what I ordered. The person that rang us up was not pleasant, and had the very visible attitude that they did not want to be there. Look I understand having to be at work is something that you don't always want to do, or you hate your job. However, pay attention to what the customer is asking for and have a better attitude.
Olivia and company always do a great job for me.
Love our local Dunkin. Jessica is amazing and always makes my refreshers the Best.
