I visited a location recently, and I had a frustrating experience. The employees were engaged in conversations instead of taking drive-through orders, leading to excessive wait times. I ended up leaving before placing my order as I waited over 10 minutes, which is unacceptable for a drive-through service. What is frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened to me , I would say at lest 4 times I endup leaving because of the same situation, minding i have being the only person waiting to make an order. I pulled up for drive thru around 6pm and there were no lines outside nor inside because I could see through the windows and the service took forever and nobody being present at the window, I was trying to look inside after waiting 5 minutes and I couldn’t see anyone. I know there were at least a few workers inside because there were 3 cars parked on the side of the Dunkin. Anyways, I’m in a rush and I only ordered hash browns, like come on. Just hash browns - that’s why I’m triggered! Lol.
We run on Dunkin’ and this location is has some nice people working!
Went here around 9:45 ish and the girl taking our order sounded irritated, cutting me off could barely finish what I wanted. Then we get to the first window and we had 3 iced coffees they gave me one at the first window and it tasted like watered down. It was awful. Don’t really know what the issue was with the girl taking our order but it’s not like they were busy.
